Justin Bieber canceled the remainder of his Justice world tour due to health reasons

Previously, because of a rare syndrome that caused the right side of Justin’s face to be completely paralyzed in June, Bieber had to cancel his performances. RHS is caused by viral reactivation and causes facial paralysis, also known in the United States as facial paralysis.

At the time, Bieber said the European shows had “really affected me” and that he needed more time to “rest and recover”.

A new post on the tour’s official Twitter page has confirmed the remaining dates on the tour – including some dates in the US, Australia and Europe – will be cancelled. Justin announced his return to touring in July but postponed shows in September to “prioritize my health”.

Over the past year, the tour has raked in more than $65m (£46m) in revenue, although fans have expressed frustration online that they have yet to receive previously promised refunds .

Ramsay Hunt syndrome is a complication of the shingles virus that can appear in people who had chickenpox as children. The NHS says it is caused by a virus in the facial nerve. Symptoms may include blisters in the ears and on the roof of the mouth, as well as facial weakness. This syndrome can be treated with steroids, antivirals, and facial rehabilitation.
