In Vietnamese folklore, the giant clouded snake, also known as the king cobra, has been a subject of fascination for many. However, this is not the only type of snake that has captured the attention of the public. In a video recorded by a foreign couple while visiting the Seven Mountains in Vietnam, a giant king cobra was seen climbing a tree and observing something in the distance. The footage shows a creature resembling the clouded snake, which is known for its enormous size.

Although it is unclear whether the creature was actually a giant king cobra, a similar species was discovered in Long An 10 years ago. This titanoboa was as big as an electric pole and was the last known sighting of the snake in the area. However, in 1994, residents of Long An were able to capture footage of what they believed to be the titanoboa on the water, moving in a way that suggested it was longer than 10 meters.

According to Vietnamese legend, the “ong ron ba” (old male snake, old female snake) are also mythical creatures that may have appeared in the area. Some even believe that the “ran than” (snake deity) has manifested itself during storms to help the people of Vietnam. The belief in supernatural creatures is common in Vietnam, and many locals claim to have encountered ghosts and other unexplainable phenomena.

One such video was shared by a young man named Tuyen Pham, who claimed to have captured a ghostly apparition on camera while driving through a hillside. At first, he thought it was someone hitchhiking, but upon closer inspection, he realized it was a woman waving her hands. Some people believe that the spirit was trying to prevent accidents on the road, while others simply find it a fascinating piece of Vietnamese folklore.

Vietnam has a rich tradition of myth and folklore, and many people believe that ghosts and supernatural creatures exist in the world. Whether or not these sightings are real, they have captivated the public’s imagination and continue to be a source of wonder and fascination for many.
