She came to the Mental Health Youth Action Forum to continue her mental health campaigning.

The panel gathered together young leaders who are developing innovative approaches to assist mental health in the United States.

Selena, the creator of the nonprofit Rare Impact Fund, was candid about her difficulties with anxiety and bipolar disorder, saying, โ€œThe mentionable becomes manageable.โ€

She went on to say in the forum, โ€˜When it comes to talking about and destigmatizing mental health, I want to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation, has access to mental health services.

โ€˜I also want to urge other companies and individuals to make a difference in the world by taking action to de-stigmatize mental health. We require as much assistance as possible in establishing resources and services, as well as boosting access to those programs for young people.โ€™
