On September 3, the song “What Do You Mean?” by Canadian singer Justin Bieber set a record for traffic in the first week of release on the online music site Spotify.

Specifically, “What Do You Mean?” has more than 21 million visits since it was posted on Spotify on August 28.

The previous record was held by “Drag Me Down,” the first single by British band One Direction since vocalist Zayn Malik left the group, with 20 million streams.

Bieber enjoyed this success after he performed two songs, including “What Do You Mean?” at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards held last weekend.
